Warranty and Returns

We believe First Vapor products are of the best quality, and as such stand behind them. We offer a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials only for all products and accessories except items that are noted below. This warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, or if the product has been used with equipment or supplies other than those sold and supplied by First Vapor, or if the product is damaged through improper use, negligence and/or abuse. 

E-Cigarette starter kits must be returned to First Vapor prior to shipment of replacement kits.  All other items will be replaced as a cross-ship return.  If your product being returned is not received by First Vapor within 15 days of your receipt of the replacement product, your credit card will be charged full price plus shipping for the items.

Electronic cigarette atomizers are considered a consumable item. Although many people get several months use from each, their lifespan is considered limited and is dependent on how you use the atomizer. While some people prefer a light and/or short draw, others may like a heavier and/or longer draw. Because of the different variables involved, we will only warranty atomizers against failure for a period of 7 days.

Due to the nature of the First Vapor Electronic Cigarette product, and for the safety of our customers, certain items cannot and will not be exchanged for any reason. At present, these items include only: opened E-Liquid, cartridges, and cartomizers.

All returns MUST be returned in original packaging. Returns not in original packaging are solely at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  You must contact us prior to any product being returned, or the return will not be honored.
